the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with all the necessary information about the facilities inside the hotel and where to go in the area. Another advantage was that the room was clean and tidy with fresh towels and linen.
This was quite frustrating as we had to pay for extra services that we were not aware of beforehand.

Celebrated the new year with family at a beautiful houseboat with unbeatable prices. The caretaker was very kind and helpful, arranged for a fun fishing trip on the serene waters. The boat offers a tranquil atmosphere and is located in a prime location with easy access to Boulevard Street. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay with hot water in the private bathroom and free shikara rides to the ghat.
We had a couple of disappointments during our stay. There was no hot water available, and we had to purchase bottled water.
